A brief information for people downloading the Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit (Windows ADK) for Windows 10 V1809. This version of ADK no longer includes a Windows PE environment.
If you want to use the Windows PE environment to create boot media or similar, you have to download it separately. I became aware of this fact by this thread.

However, every user who wants to download the new version of Windows ADK should notice this. Because on the Microsoft site Download and install the Windows ADK this Windows PE Add-on is offered prominently.
